360 Scandium produced in 2001, 1 7/8" bbl, Hogue Bantam grip
This little fellow is my constant companion. (I carry .38spl)
WARNING: Firing full power .357 magnum rounds out of this light gun is
reminiscent of holding a piece of rebar and banging on concrete!
The recoil from .357 magnums will actually pull bullets from the case and prevent the cylinder
from rotating. Also while firing .357 magnums I had the pin that connects the
hand to the trigger shear off. I replaced it with one from a model 36.
I tried Crimson Trace grips, but a little range time revealed that they
slowed down my shot times. I have put the factory Hogue Bantam grip back on.
The brutality of firing the 360sc was the justification I used... err I mean the vital and necessary
reason for picking up this .22lr S&W 317.
